To the Editor:
With the famine and drought conditions in Africa, think about what we are doing to stop it. A few years ago Australia dumped tons of wheat into the ocean because there was too much to sell. Why didn't they GIVE it to African people who were in need? Also Australia kills thousands of livestock because they won't sell. Why aren't they given to or sold for low price to Africa to try and stop people from starving? Ask the government and the our boards those questions. I am proud of my country but we take too many things for granted.
