RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enterprising, shooting, writing, editing and presenting news stories for multiple distribution platforms, including KEZI 9 News, KEZI 9+, kezi.com, Facebook, Twitter, and KEZI 9 News Mobile. Perform live shots from the newsroom and in the field. Anchor and produce newscasts as assigned. Serving as a public representative of KEZI 9 News at various community functions.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
• This is a full-time position; rate of pay is salaried.
A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN IS REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE:
• Four year college degree in journalism or related discipline required. Two plus years prior television news experience as an Anchor/Reporter required. Ability to use, transport and lift video camera equipment and tripod (approx. 55 lbs.) without assistance from a grip or videographer. Proficient at shooting and editing under extreme deadline pressure. Ability to produce newscasts a plus. Outstanding interpersonal skills; a team player.
