The Mintz Group is seeking inquisitive, motivated researchers for its Global Verify team based in San Francisco. The team specializes in vetting potential candidates for senior executive jobs globally. We are considering high-caliber, entry-level candidates with foreign language fluencies. The investigator will be responsible for the following, among other things:
- Conducting background checks on executives around the world
- Gathering and reviewing news articles in a concise and accurate manner
- Verifying educational and professional qualifications
- Learning and mastering the use of databases that cover public records
- Drafting and editing comprehensive client-ready reports
EXPERIENCE:
Strong research, writing (mastery of grammar and punctuation), computer skills, attention to detail, and high levels of reading comprehension are required. Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one foreign language. Languages of particular interest include Chinese, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Hindi and German. Research, investigative or journalism experience is a plus.
